The October 7-8, 2025 Ocala Breeders Sale was a huge success!  We are the proud breeders of Japanese star and graded stakes winner Jasper Robusto (winner of over $900K in earnings and still running), stakes winner Loco Abarrio (winner of near $500K in earnings and still running) and most recently winner in only her second start, 2 year old A Saint She Ain’t who we sold last October at OBS.

SOLD $110,000
Hip #1: Bucchero x Dagney’s Revenge (Greatness) filly - This filly is an OUSTANDING physical and you don’t want to miss her!  An absolute must see. Her dam, Dagney’s Revenge, is a granddaughter of Mr. Prospector, was a MSW winner and blazing fast!  This filly’s aunt (Dagney’s Warrior) wired a field of 13 maidens in a MSW on the turf at Keeneland. This filly is bred to be a star, and wait til you lay eyes on her!  Florida Sire Stakes nominated.

SOLD $22,000
Hip #31: Gunnevera x Faith’s a Bluebird (First Dude) colt - This colt is a beautiful physical with a fantastic walk.  He is the first foal for his dam who is a First Dude daughter and a Storm Cat granddaughter from the female line of multiple graded stakes winner and producer Sharp Lisa.  He is the first cousin to stakes winner Loco Abarrio as his dam and Loco Abarrio’s dam are half sisters.  (Loco was his dam’s first foal too!). Florida Sire Stakes nominated.

SOLD $20,000
Hip #140: Curlin’s Honor x Miss American (First Dude) colt - This handsome colt is a first foal for his dam.  His dam is a full sister to black type stakes winner Starr of Quality whose first foal is a multiple stakes winner and G2 placed (Fulmineo).  Florida Sire Stakes nominated.

SOLD $11,000
Hip #164: Curlin’s Honor x Nacho Polo (AP Indy) filly - This beautiful athletic looking filly comes from an AP Indy mare and if you Truenick the Curlin x AP Indy cross you’ll see it’s MAGIC.  Nacho Polo is the half sister to Broodmare of the Year in Korea (Desert Heat) who produced a 3 year old Champion as he won 2 races of Korea’s triple crown.  This filly comes from the female line of Breeders Cup Sprint Champion Desert Stormer who is her 3rd dam. Her 2 year old half brother is racing at Gulfstream now (Teddy Bear) and has already come in 2nd in his 2nd start.  Her oldest half brother, Polo Art, ran 52 times with earnings over $250K. Florida Sire Stakes nominated.

SOLD $60,000
Hip #449: Colonel Liam x Ballyhoo Moon (Malibu Moon) colt - Here’s your chance to own the half brother to stakes winner Loco Abarrio who has earned near $500K and is still running as a 5 year old!  He has a 2 year old half sister at Gulfstream preparing to race who will be the next foal in line to Loco to run.  He is by the multiple G1 stakes winner Colonel Liam and this is his first crop of yearlings.  This colt is spectacular in every way!   Florida Sire Stakes and Breeders Cup nominated.

Congratulations to the lucky buyers of these exceptional yearlings!

A few shots of our Jack Russells and our new kennels:

Rivermont Farm homebred Jasper Robusto continues to make us proud with his 6th win last night in 12 starts (he has 5 seconds) as he won the 45th Hakusan Daishoten which is a Grade 3!  Rivermont Farm’s very first graded stakes winner!  We are over the moon and so proud of “Sparky” (as he was known here as a baby)!  He is out of our stakes winning mare Prize Informant, who will be bred in 2026 to Jackie’s Warrior, and by Khozan.  This now brings his earnings to near a million dollars!  GO SPARKY!!!

Rivermont Farm homebred JASPER ROBUSTO wired a field of 9 at Hanshin Racecourse in Japan in only his 2nd start on 9/16/23!  He won by a good 2 1/2 lengths at a mile and 1/8th distance.  We are so proud of this amazing colt who was born and raised at Rivermont!  Congratulations to his connections!  I’m sure the best is yet to come for “Sparky”! Rivermont homebred Jasper Robusto made his first start on August 19th, 2023 at the Kokura Racecourse in Japan, coming in 2nd by a whisker out of a huge field of 16 horses!  He was known as “Sparky” when he was at Rivermont, and he was one of our all time favorites.

Rivermont Farm sold Jasper Robusto in October of 2022 at the OBS Yearling Sale for $27,000.  Blas Perez Stables purchased him and sold him at the March 2023 OBS sale for $265,000.  He was the only Khozan colt to EVER run a 9.4 in his breeze and the highest selling Khozan on record!

He is out of our Stakes Winning mare, Prize Informant and by Khozan.  We are so proud of this guy!
